Good morning. Due to weather and road conditions, all Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows public schools are CLOSED today, Wednesday, January 17, 2024. This includes all district trades programs and all Riverside Centre programs, including Continuing Education and Ridge Meadows College.

Here is a challenge, eat clean and fresh for 2 weeks. No added salt, fresh vegetables and no processed foods. Then after 2 weeks eat 1 highly processed food item.

You will be turned off of them. When this happens we can feel overwhelmed by the loss /desire to not choose the convenient root.
