Yin & Yoga Nidra
A deeply nourishing journey into stillness, rest, and nervous system restoration.
This calming practice begins with gentle yin postures held for longer periods of time to encourage deep release within the muscles, fascia, joints, and energetic body. Supported by conscious breathing and mindful awareness, the yin portion of class invites softness, surrender, and space to simply be.
We then transition into Yoga Nidra — often called “yogic sleep” — a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind rests in a deeply healing state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, emotional balance, improved sleep, and inner restoration.
