We are baaackk!!!

Join me at our beautiful shoreline, on the gorgeous Lake Huron to witness and bathe in the sun setting this coming Thursday June 4th!

There is something magical about gathering on the shoreline as the sun begins to set... feet in the sand, breath in the body, heart open to possibility.

Bring a blanket to settle down on, dress in layers (bring socks for savasana!) and prepare to unwind from your day as take in the backdrop of colours.

We will stretch the days stressors out, breathe in new found energy and connect with all the elements surrounding us and prepare for a deep restful rejuvenating sleep.

There’s nothing better! 😅

No experience necessary as this is a gentle evening stress release practice suitable for all. Breathwork, Meditation & Yoga.
Children may also attend as long as they are able to participate quietly 😘🙏

Yin & Yoga Nidra
A deeply nourishing journey into stillness, rest, and nervous system restoration.
This calming practice begins with gentle yin postures held for longer periods of time to encourage deep release within the muscles, fascia, joints, and energetic body. Supported by conscious breathing and mindful awareness, the yin portion of class invites softness, surrender, and space to simply be.
We then transition into Yoga Nidra — often called “yogic sleep” — a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind rests in a deeply healing state between wakefulness and sleep. And this is goodbye.

Courageous.

Heart Open, Gaze lifting…ready to shift into a new part of my path.

I see clearly.

I feel both the depth of what Im finally letting go of, and what is becoming.

👋 Hellllloooo & Happy Weekend Mindful Friends! 😀

Some of you that I don’t see often will notice my absence on social for a bit and in yoga classes at Ironworks Health and Wellness, as well as any offerings through LA Mindful Living.

So Im reaching out to let you know, Im taking a rest & recovery pause for a few weeks so that you don’t think I just disappeared on ya! 😘

Im heading in next week for surgery and healing ❤️‍🩹 time is physically 4-6 weeks approximately.

I am looking so forward to coming back as the weather gets warmer and BEACH YOGA soon becomes part of our weekly schedule once again with LA Mindful! Eeek!
We are ALMOST BACK TO YOGA SUNRISES & SUNSETS my friends! 💕☀️💕🌊

Mark your calendars for our yearly BEACH SUMMER SOLSTICE event, the 1st workshop post surgery and what a CELEBRATION it will be!!! I will of course post the actual date and exciting details in a few weeks but wanted to ensure you, it’s still happening and lands in perfect time w my recovery timeline. So mark off somewhere June 20-22nd for that event!!! ☀️☀️☀️

There will still be a few classes running in the Loft in my absence through Ironworks, with Heather & Tara which I am so grateful for-as you can still keep up your practice while I am off. Many thanks to them for stepping in for me! 🙏

We have ONE ☝️ more day to practice together before I am off, so if you can sneak a class in, come join me this coming Monday April 20th!
