October 17th - Walking Between the Worlds
As autumn deepens and the veil between the world grows thin, we arrive at Samhain, an ancient tradition where the veil between the worlds thins and opens an unseen door to our ancestral lineage.
It is a time of remembrance, reflection, and honouring the wisdom carried through the generations.
In this afternoon gathering, we’ll explore the beautiful symbolism of “walking between the worlds” and what it means to pause between what has been what is yet to come and the teachings of our ancestral lineage.
Whether you feel drawn to the deeper mysteries of Samhain or simply to the magic of autumn and its timeless traditions, this afternoon offers a beautiful space to pause, reflect, remember, and reconnect with what matters most.

Together, we will explore:
• The symbolism of the thinning veil and what it can represent in our own lives
• Honouring ancestors, loved ones, and the wisdom passed down through generations
• The power of remembrance, gratitude, and letting go as we move into a new season
Creating an ancestral bead string.
• Creating a remembrance or intention candle
• A guided meditation to connect with a wise ancestor, loving guide, or simply the deeper wisdom within yourself.

Come as you are, with an open heart and curious spirit, and allow yourself to step gently between the worlds.
An afternoon of reflection, connection, remembrance, and a little autumn magic.

Walk with your Ancestors.
As the veil between worlds grows thin, come and slow down and listen to the voices of those who walked before us.
In this mystical meditation, you’ll journey along an ancient path, guided by the light of the season, to meet your ancestors in a sacred space beyond time.
As the deep rhythm of the body drum begins to sound, you will be guided by its ancient heartbeat deeper into the mystery of the veil
Through imagery, reflection, and gentle meditation, you’ll open yourself to the wisdom, love, and stories that live within your ancestral roots.
Come walk between the worlds, where the past and present meet, and discover what your ancestors may have to share with you.

Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of that sacred journey.
During this training, you will be introduced to the foundations of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and learn how to work with and experience energy in a practical, gentle and meaningful way. You will begin to develop an awareness of how energy feels, how it moves, and how you can consciously connect with it for your own healing and wellbeing.
The day includes:
Learning the history and foundations of Reiki
Understanding the nature of healing energy
Learning to sense and work with energy
Self-Reiki and hands-on healing techniques
Exploring the chakra system and energy field
The Reiki Level 1 attunement
Guided practices to deepen your connection with Reiki
Learning how to offer Reiki to others
Creating a personal practice of self-healing, balance and awareness

The Level 1 attunement is a special moment in this journey its an opportunity to open more deeply to the Reiki energy and establish your connection with this beautiful healing practice.
You don't need to have previous experience with energy work. Simply come with an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
This is where your Reiki journey begins.
A journey of learning to listen, to feel, to trust, and to discover the healing energy that has always been within and around you.
