Gatherings for the Soul
Sacred Evenings is a monthly gathering for the soul — a warm and welcoming space for meaningful conversation, reflection, connection, and sharing… all held over a comforting cup of tea.

Each gathering is gently guided around a different soul-centered theme exploring topics such as healing, presence, intuition, purpose, relationships, spirituality, self-discovery, and conscious living.

Like sitting around the table with kindred souls, this is an evening to slow down, speak openly, listen deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and one another in a heart-centered atmosphere.
Each month a new subject will be picked to delve into.
Tea, reflection, soulful conversation, and sacred connection.

Tonight, beneath the light of the Blue Moon in Sagittarius, we are called to lift our eyes beyond the familiar horizon.
Sagittarius is the seeker, the explorer, the keeper of wisdom. It reminds us that life is not meant to be lived within the confines of fear, limitation, or old beliefs.
This moon asks us to question the stories we have inherited, the doubts we have carried, and the boundaries we have unconsciously accepted.
What truth is waiting to be spoken?
What dream is asking to be lived?
What part of your spirit longs to run free?
The Blue Moon amplifies what is ready to be seen and what is ready to be released.
It shines a light on the places where we have settled for less than our soul's knowing.
Tonight, stand beneath the sky and remember:
You are not here to shrink.
You are not here to merely survive.
You are here to grow, to explore, to trust the wisdom of your own inner compass, and to become more fully who you were born to be.
May this moon illuminate your path, expand your vision, and awaken the wild, wise, and untamed truth within you.

Held at the tail end of May’s second full moon, this meditation circle offers a space to slow down and turn inward.

Truth has a way of calling us inward… not to fix or change who we are, but to meet ourselves more honestly – more intimately.

Together, we will explore the depth of that relationship – the one we hold with ourselves… the places where we are fully present, and the places we may still turn away from.

A space to reconnect, to feel, and to stand in your truth with quiet strength.

The evening will be followed by an oracle card pull, along with a seasonal tea and treat.

For 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking beside people on their healing and awakening journeys — holding space for transformation, reconnection, and inner discovery.

Through wellness and intuitive coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, naturopathy, and mindfulness practices, my intention has always been to guide others back to themselves… back to the wisdom of the soul.

There comes a moment when you stop searching
and begin remembering who you are.

And if I’m honest…
this journey has taught me that we can lose pieces of ourselves trying to be strong, trying to heal, trying to hold everything together.

But somewhere beneath the noise, the expectations, and the becoming…
our magic still waits for us.

Not louder.
Not perfect.
Just real.

I think healing is learning to come home to ourselves gently enough
that our light feels safe to shine again.
