Tonight’s class filled my heart. 💜

It was such a joy to see my gals and their beautiful smiles again. I’ve truly missed dancing and moving my body.

The moment I stepped back into that space, so much stress seemed to melt away. Being in my element, surrounded by such positive energy, felt safe, familiar, and uplifting. The endorphins, dopamine, and all those happy hormones were definitely flowing tonight. 🤩
Grateful for movement, connection, and the reminder of how good it feels to do something that brings so much joy. ❣️💃🏻🙏✨
