💧🚨 WATER SERVICE NOTICE 🚨💧
Looks like Monday morning is going to be a little… dry! 😅
Our water will be temporarily shut off Monday, August 31st sometime between 8:00 AM–11:00 AM while some work is being completed.
💦 During this time:
🚫 No running water
🚫 Our washrooms will NOT be available
💧 Water service will return once the work is complete.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we get things taken care of!
If you’re visiting us Monday morning, please plan accordingly — and maybe make that bathroom stop before you head our way! 😉

⚓🎉 Canal Days is here! 🎉⚓

Just a heads-up that Wellness on West will be closed from Friday through Monday so our team can enjoy the Civic Holiday long weekend too!
Whether you're taking in the Canal Days festivities, watching the ships roll through, enjoying the fireworks, or patiently waiting for the bridge to come back down 😉, we hope you have an amazing weekend.

Have fun, stay safe, and make some great memories! We'll be back and ready to help on Tuesday.

Update: parking re-opened around 3:30 this afternoon. They were simply repainting the lines and creating 2 accessible parking spaces. Parking will be open tomorrow as usually but West St will be closed later in the day (around 5pm) for Canal Days!


Looks like the front-row parking has taken a little vacation! 🚧

The City of Port Colborne has temporarily closed the parking spaces directly in front of Wellness on West. We're not sure how long they'll be unavailable, but our clinic is open as usual!
If you have an appointment, please give yourself a few extra minutes to find nearby parking.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for rolling with the changes—we'll let everyone know as soon as the parking is back! 😊💙

Make sure to come out and support a wonderful local organization that does so much good for our community!

There is something for everyone from carnival rides and games to their famous donuts and crystal beach waffles 🤤

It's carnival time. Come out to Port Colborne Lions field Thursday July 9 at 6 pm until 11 pm, Friday July 10 at 6 pm until 11 pm, Saturday noon until 11 pm & Sunday at noon until 6 pm. Rides, donuts, waffles and tons of fun.

For anyone coming into Port Colborne via the 140 this morning you may want to take an alternate route or check for updates on this highway closure.

CLEARED (12:30 p.m.): Highway 140 at Snider Road in Port Colborne has reopened. One individual was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. ^pia

What’s better than one Marty’s truck??!!!
TWO Marty’s trucks and TWO fantastic technicians. 😆

At this point, our HVAC system has decided it wants to keep everyone on their toes… but through all of the troubleshooting, one thing has been constant — the incredible team at Marty's Heating And Air Conditioning.

A huge thank you to Tori, who is always so helpful and friendly when answering the phone, and to Adam, an absolutely amazing technician who continues to go above and beyond trying to solve what has turned out to be quite the complicated issue.
It’s rare to come across a company that genuinely shows how much they care, and Marty’s has done exactly that. Their time, commitment, professionalism, and determination to help us has not gone unnoticed.

We truly appreciate a business that doesn’t just do the job… they genuinely want to find solutions.

🎓✨ Congratulations, Daphne! ✨🎓
The team at Wellness on West would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Lakeshore Catholic High School co-op student, Daphne, for all of her hard work and dedication during her time with us.

Daphne was a tremendous help around the clinic, always bringing a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a caring presence to our team and patients. We are grateful for the contributions she made and for the opportunity to be part of her learning journey.
As she celebrates her graduation, we want to congratulate her on this exciting achievement and wish her all the best as she begins the next chapter of her education at Brock University this September.

We know she has a bright future ahead, and we can't wait to see all that she accomplishes.

🚗 A friendly reminder from Wellness on West…

The street in front of the clinic is ONE WAY.
We know snagging that perfect parking spot can feel like winning the lottery 😂 but lately we’ve been seeing quite a few “creative driving shortcuts” happening out front.
Thankfully there haven’t been any accidents yet — and we’d really like to keep it that way.
Please take the extra few seconds to go around the proper way and help keep our patients, pedestrians, and fellow drivers safe. ❤️
Our team can help with back pain… but we’d rather not test our emergency response skills in the parking lot. 😉
