🚗 A friendly reminder from Wellness on West…

The street in front of the clinic is ONE WAY.
We know snagging that perfect parking spot can feel like winning the lottery 😂 but lately we’ve been seeing quite a few “creative driving shortcuts” happening out front.
Thankfully there haven’t been any accidents yet — and we’d really like to keep it that way.
Please take the extra few seconds to go around the proper way and help keep our patients, pedestrians, and fellow drivers safe. ❤️
Our team can help with back pain… but we’d rather not test our emergency response skills in the parking lot. 😉

A friendly reminder to dress for the body part you’d like treated at your physiotherapy or chiropractic appointment. Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing helps us assess and treat you more effectively (and saves everyone from an unexpected workout trying to roll up pant legs 😅).

🚧 Port Colborne Bridge Update 🚧 -April 19, 2026

Just a friendly heads-up to our patients— the Clarence Street bridge is currently closed after being hit by a passing ship last week, and there’s no confirmed reopening date just yet.
We know… a bridge closed in Port Colborne? Shocking. 😅
Please remember to give yourself a little extra travel time when heading to your appointments, as traffic can be heavier depending on the time of day (and, of course, which of the other bridges decide to cooperate).

We appreciate your patience and understanding—and as always, we look forward to seeing you (whichever route you take to get here)!

Courtney is our Physiotherapist and Co-Owner here at Wellness on West! She takes a hands-on, individualized approach to care, helping each patient reach their goals and get back to doing what they love 💪

Over the past year, Courtney has truly enjoyed growing her career in Port Colborne and immersing herself in this amazing community ❤️
When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her spending time with her husband and daughter, staying active, and soaking up the outdoors 🌿 She also loves visiting her family in Peterborough and enjoying life on the farm 🚜

We’re so lucky to have her leading the way at Wellness on West!
