Three years ago today, I posted this video to announce that I submitted a proposal to Norfolk County to place a wind phone on a trail or in a park. I wasn't the only resident who pushed for this unique way to express thoughts and feelings to a loved one who crossed over. Another person with a similar vision picked up where I left off. Last month, a wind phone was installed in Colonel Stalker Park in Simcoe!
