Celebrating 7 years today - thatโ€™s two thousand, five hundred and fifty seven days since we have opened the doors to Shantee Healing.

As I reflect back on what a beautiful journey this has been so far, I wanted to thank every one of you for the gift of your presence you have brought. Whether it has been in person or on-line, a brief moment or many, I am grateful for it all. Your presence, your time, your energy is what makes Shantee Healing truly magical.

Shantee Healing was once just a vision in my mindโ€™s eye and a longing in my heart. A vision to create a space where healing and peace are felt deep within as we connect and share our energies together. Itโ€™s been a true blessing to be able to experience this with you. I have laughed with you, I have cried with you, I have healed with you and I have grown with you.

I am forever grateful to be here offering you a space for healing, peace, growth and deep meaningful connection. Thank you to all of you for being a part of this evolving journey. I look forward to sharing many more moments with you!

Guided meditations may include visualizations and imagery, breathwork, affirmations, and energy work
