One of the books I often reach for in my healing practice is Metaphysical Anatomy. It’s a resource that explores possible emotional and energetic connections behind physical symptoms and ailments.

I find it fascinating because sometimes healing invites us to look deeper — beyond the physical body and into our emotions, stress, experiences, and energy. It can open the door to self-reflection and ask questions we may not have considered before.

Of course, this isn’t a replacement for medical advice or treatment, but I enjoy using it as another layer of awareness and conversation during sessions.
