EMDR is one of the therapies I offer to support clients healing from trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences. 🌿

Many people are surprised to learn that healing doesn't always require talking through every detail of what happened. EMDR helps the brain process experiences that may feel "stuck," so they become less emotionally overwhelming over time.

Every person's journey is unique, and EMDR isn't about rushing the healing process. We work together at a pace that feels safe, building the resources and stability needed before processing difficult memories.

There are moments in life that quietly reshape us 🌿

Not always in obvious or loud ways, but in the slow, deeply human experience of discovering ourselves in a life we didn’t expect.

For many, this includes the experience of unexpected childlessness, through infertility, fertility treatment endings, pregnancy loss, or the unfolding of a life that looks different than what was once imagined.

And in that space, I often hear:
“I don’t know where I fit anymore.”
“I feel like I’m carrying this alone.”
“I’m trying to find my way forward, but I don’t know how.”

💛 Living HeartFULLY: A Seasonal Healing Series
A 3-month therapeutic group series for those navigating unexpected childlessness.

This space is not about fixing grief or moving through it quickly.
It is about making room for what is already here, and gently supporting what comes next.

Within this series, there is space for:
🌿 grief that has not had enough room
🕊️ identity shifts that feel disorienting
🌱 meaning-making without pressure
💛 gradual reconnection with self and life, at your own pace

Unexpected childlessness can bring deep grief, confusion, and a quiet questioning of what life is now meant to look like.

This 90-minute group for women and assigned female at birth (AFAB) offers a gentle, supportive space to begin exploring what it might mean to reconnect with yourself and with moments of joy, without rushing, and without bypassing what has been lost.

This is not about “moving on,” but about holding space for both grief and the possibility of something new emerging alongside it.

I’m grateful to be offering this group in partnership with Butterfly Support Network, whose work continues to center compassionate, community-based support for those navigating fertility-related challenges.
