I ran in to Erin at Foodland today- that’s always the way in our small town. Erin’s son Colton and AJ used to play hockey together years ago. We run in to each other here and there and follow each others lives on FB.
We said our “Hey how are ya’s”.. and Erin started to tell me about how she’s changed her life-inspired by me. She watched all the changes I’ve made over the past 3.5 years, and felt the need and the want to make changes in her life too. She’s 2 years alcohol free, has taken up spinning, is working with a dietician to build new relationships with food, and is carving out time for herself in a very hectic life. Not only that, the changes she’s made have motivated and inspired other members of her family too. ❤️
I’m so proud of Erin, for all she’s done to our her health first.
To know that I’ve inspired someone to heal themselves, change their lives and want to live a longer, healthier life is amazing.

Keep it up Erin- I couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

She had been to our retreats in the past and her friends thought a surprise retreat on her property would be a great birthday gift! What a property it is! Changing my life has changed my life. Day 671 Alcohol, caffeine refined sugar, gluten and dairy free. Life is full of new adventures and mindful endeavours. The journey has been amazing SO FAR! It all started with .jasonpersaud and detoxing from candida, fungus, parasites then healing a leaky gut... We worked deeper in to all the layers - mind, body and soul. There have been obstacles in the way- of course- but there always will be. Overcoming and failure are part of the journey. You get up and you move on!!! Wherever you are in your journey- enjoy every minute of it.

Ready for my client!!!! It takes me 30-40 minutes to prepare for clients. My preparation involves a meditation specifically for the client asking for guidance and insight. Right after the meditation I journal the messages that came to me during my meditation. Then I pull the crystals I’ve been guided to use on the client. For some sessions I use tarot cards, some I don’t. Some sessions I’m guided to use an eye pillow with essential oils, some a jade crystal eye mask, for some the music is spa like, for others it’s pop. I listen to my guides to lead me and let me know what the client coming needs. It’s different each time. ❤️❤️

My morning routine almost done. Freshly washed and moisturized face, protein shake, kids breakfast and lunches made and ready for school. Keep working hard at getting where you’re going, you’ll get there in time. In the meantime enjoy your journey, all the pit stops along the way, that’s all part of the good thing you’re working on. 😍 Be kind to yourselves.
