It’s time to rename the conversation. 🚨

PCOS is now PMOS, because it’s not just about ovaries, it’s about metabolism, insulin, inflammation, and hormone shifts affecting your entire body.

PMOS isn’t just a new acronym, it’s a new lens.

It stands for Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

Because for too long, the conversation has been stuck on “cysts”, while the real drivers (metabolism, insulin, inflammation, hormones) were ignored.

Your ovaries are not the enemy and the term PMOS better reflects what’s actually happening inside.

Let’s shift the focus. Let’s get the name right.

Ready to rewrite your PMOS story?

Hormones impact everything—from your energy and mood to your cycle and sleep… but most of us were never taught how they actually work.

Join me for an evening of real, practical insight as we break down the connections between your brain, stress, and hormones—and what your body might be trying to tell you.

✨ Then we’ll bring it all together by creating your own custom herbal tea blend that you can bring home and use to support your nervous system and hormone health.

Peptides are having a moment online. But as with any health trend, it helps to separate the science from the buzzwords.

This carousel walks you through:

🧬 What peptides actually are
🍁 How Canada regulates them
📋 Which peptides have human trial data (GLP‑1s, calcitonin, insulin)
🚫 Which unregulated peptides lack robust studies (BPC‑157, CJC‑1295, Melanotan, and others)
⚖️ The difference between a prescribed product and an illegal online purchase
🔬 Why “no large human trials” matters

If solid evidence emerges for any unregulated peptide, clinical guidance can change. That’s how science works. Right now, though, many of the peptides promoted by influencers have not been tested in large‑scale human trials for safety or efficacy. And some influencers may not know what a peptide actually is or how it works in the body.

This post is for educational purposes. Always talk to a licensed healthcare professional before starting any therapy.

💀 R.I.P. to the old way of women’s health.

R.I.P. to suffering quietly.
R.I.P. to being dismissed.
R.I.P. to “it’s all in your head.”

We’ve spent too long feeling unheard — told our symptoms were “just hormones” or “part of being a woman.”
But your body deserves to be understood, not brushed aside.

When Taylor finds the perfect match and your hormones finally start behaving… same energy. 💖✨ From eating enough carbs to getting labs done properly, sometimes feeling like yourself again is the ultimate touchdown. 🏈🍝

✨ Before you cut out yet another food… read this.

Food isn’t the enemy.
Restriction isn’t the answer.
And eliminating one food after another isn’t what creates lasting health.

Your body needs nourishment, balance, and support — not more rules.

Weight changes, acne, bloating, PMS, gut issues (and more!) are rarely about that one food you haven’t cut yet. They’re about the bigger picture: hormones, stress, sleep, movement, and nutrient balance.

Let’s stop blaming food — and start focusing on nourishment over restriction.

It was unfortunately too easy to write this post. I constantly hear moms in my practice get dismissed, lack support, and don’t feel like themselves, all while being told “it’s just part of being a mom.” 💔

Babies get constant care, check-ins, and monitoring. Moms? Often just one quick appointment and a lot of invisible workwhile recovering, healing, and adjusting to life with a newborn.

I’m here to change that.

I provide comprehensive testing, personalized care, and ongoing support so moms don’t just survive postpartum — they thrive. 💛

Your body is constantly working behind the scenes to help you feel full, energized, and balanced — and one of the hormones that helps with that is GLP-1.

GLP-1 supports healthy blood sugar levels, slows digestion so you feel satisfied after meals, and communicates with your brain to say, “Hey, we’ve had enough.”

But certain habits and lifestyle factors can lower GLP-1 levels, making it harder for your body to send those fullness signals.

⚠️ Highly processed, low-fiber diets
⚠️ Skipping meals regularly
⚠️ Chronic stress
⚠️ Sleep deprivation
⚠️ Long periods of inactivity

The goal isn’t to be perfect or fear food — it’s to understand how your body works so you can make choices that support your natural hunger and fullness cues.
