It is sad when you see women lose a part of their joy for life as they age because their abilities to live life fully have noticeably changed 😔

Until I woke up & realized life is much more than trying to look perfect.

So now I am not only chasing the things in life that give me butterflies, but also a body that stays capable to live fully, a heart that is full, and a smile that is genuine.

I wasn’t always fit.

Sure, I tried different workouts from time to time, but never stayed consistent. Never felt fit.

Until I changed my mindset towards fitness - now I am 7 years strong of being consistently active & fit💪🏻

Not because I went harder.

But because I discovered what I liked for movement & learned it was easier to stay consistent by doing the things I like more often.

Then came my app + community - yes, it’s even my own tool for my accountability to stay active 💪🏻
