One significant insight I've gained from numerous Reiki sessions is that individuals often mistakenly equate the most impactful sessions with those that trigger intense emotional releases, vivid imagery, or dramatic shifts in energy. However, the truth is that some of the most life-changing sessions are the ones that unfold with serene quietude. In these moments, people simply reconnect with their innate balance. Their thoughts become more lucid, internal turmoil dissipates, and their body lets go of its rigid defenses.
