First of the month Doorway Ritual
On the first day of the month, place a small amount of cinnamon in the palm of your hand.
Stand just outside your door, facing into your home.
Take a breath and say:
"As this cinnamon enters, so does abundance, peace, and ease."
Gently blow the cinnamon through your doorway.
Let it rest there for a while.

To each and every person who trusted me to be a small part of your healing journey — thank you. It is such an honour to hold space for you, share energy, and witness the beautiful moments of release, growth, and transformation. ✨
