“I sweat through everything… even when I’m not hot.” Sound familiar?

Excessive sweating—also called hyperhidrosis—is more than just an inconvenience. For some people, it means constantly thinking about what to wear, avoiding certain colours, changing clothes throughout the day, or feeling self-conscious about shaking someone’s hand.

What many people don’t realize is that neuromodulators can have a therapeutic use for excessive sweating. When injected into appropriate areas, they temporarily reduce the nerve signals that activate the sweat glands.

Common treatment areas can include the underarms, palms and sometimes other areas depending on the individual.

A proper assessment is important because not all excessive sweating is primary hyperhidrosis. Sometimes increased sweating can be related to medications or an underlying medical condition that should be addressed first.

✨ Dynamic vs. Static Lines: What’s the Difference? And When Should You Consider Botox?

Have you ever wondered why some wrinkles disappear when your face is relaxed, while others stick around?

💉 Dynamic Lines
These are the lines that appear when your muscles move—like when you smile, frown, or raise your eyebrows.
Common areas include:
