Blending the styles of Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms, and Biodanza, each set is a thoughtfully crafted journey; curated by dancers, for dancers.

🌑✨ ECLIPSE SEASON SOUND JOURNEY ✨🌑

As we are moving through Eclipse Season — a powerful threshold where light and shadow meet, cycles turn, and what has been hidden rises to be illuminated.

Through this portal of change — moment that interrupt the familiar and invite us to see from somewhere deeper. Within the energies of eclipse season building, and the Lunar Eclipse drawing us into the realm of emotion, shadow and release, we gather to listen to what is shifting beneath the surface. We gather in return to harmonic resonance.

Through the crystal and Himalayan bowls, and gong, we will enter the space between what has been and what is becoming — for the wisdom within to be heard.

This is an invitation to become still inside the turning.

To allow what is ready to fall away, to fall away.
To meet the shadow without fear.
To listen for what is being illuminated.
And to make space for the new cycle already forming within us.

Mercury Retrograde invites us onto the spiral path into decent to revisit the places within ourselves that are still asking for our presence. To gather the wisdom we’ve gained, reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve left behind, and remember the truth that has always lived within us.

The Rose teaches us that both time and healing is not linear. We return to familiar places again and again—because each return offers a deeper layer of remembrance. Another petal unfolds. Another layer softens. Another part of us comes home.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic and experiential approach that explores hidden family dynamics, unconscious patterns, and intergenerational trauma (such as deaths, exclusions, war trauma, miscarriages, addictions, abuse, broken relationships etc.).

The work is based on the idea that we can unconsciously carry emotional burdens, beliefs, or unresolved experiences from previous generations. Through this work, people gain insight into relationship patterns, family wounds, and blocks around love, belonging, health, and success.

Many people experience Family Constellations as a powerful way to bring awareness, compassion, healing, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves and their family system.

We gather as souls remembering.

Like the rose blooming open, we allow ourselves to unfold within the sacred current of connection, presence, and collective healing.

Through drumming, chanting, intuitive sound, movement, breath, and sacred sharing, we open pathways back to the truth within. Together we sing, release, reclaim, and remember.

This circle is an invitation into authentic connection — a space where both women and men are welcome to be witnessed, held, and seen through the light of love.
