September is shaping up to be a busy month and we can't wait to see you at our new classes and class series!

The clothing swap ends on September 12 to make room for all our fabulous new classes being offered in the Gallery space!

Tuesdays, start your morning off bright, active and early with Early Bird Barre with Britt at 6:00 AM

Wednesdays, stretch into your evening with Hatha Yoga with Cori at 6:00 PM

Thursdays, jumpstart your day with Early Bird Barre with Britt at 6:00 AM. Not your style? Physio Yoga with Henna is back! Register for the full 8 week series starting on Wednesday at 6:00 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM (We are not open otherwise on Sundays yet)

Saturdays, start slow and chill with Morning Meditation & Sangha with Cori at 9:30 AM, followed by Morning Ashtanga with Cori at 10:30. When you're all done with that, pop in to the Cedar Sauna for the Saturday Cedar Sauna Reset for a discounted Sauna & Smoothie duo.

Then at 3 PM, we have a new Mini + Me Craft Series with Henna, register for the 4 class series online, to create 2 beautiful art pieces using reclaimed and recycled materials with your child.
