The time has come to introduce you all to my apprentice/Mercy Seat junior artist, Mitch - .tattooer , aka Bing B**g, aka Billy Bo****ks, aka Michi the Killer.

If you’ve been in the shop over the last year or so, you likely would have met him already, but if not, Mitch has been working his ass off over the last 12ish months - painting up lots of flash and ‘up for grabs’ designs, and focusing hard on getting his tattoo abilities dialled in. He’s come a long way in a relatively short while, and I’m very proud of his work ethic, focus and commitment to preserving the tradition and heritage of the tattoo industry.

Mitch is one of those increasingly rare tattooers who respect and appreciate the craft of tattooing - and with that comes a respect and appreciation for his clients and his work. With the industry increasingly oversaturated with vultures voraciously and rapidly eviscerating the last vestiges of what made tattooing special , it’s a breath of fresh air seeing someone take it seriously and honour the craft in all respects, and with a drive to do it ‘the correct way’.

His work is clean, bold, vibrant and solid. All the traits the Mercy Seat Tattoo Company has built its name around.

He’s currently posting lots of pre priced flash designs at discounted rates, and taking on smaller custom work at $85 per hour - so if the current 2 hour shop minimum doesn’t work for you, Mitch represents a good option to get that smaller piece done at a good and wallet friendly rate. He won’t be at this price for long though, so get in with him while he’s still offering flat and cheaper hourly rates.
