🌟Every movement counts-Chaque mouvement compte🌟
During and after cancer treatment, movement isn't about performance, it's about kindness toward our body.
Some days, it may be a gentle walk.
Some days, a few mindful stretches.
Some days, simply moving with your breath.
In Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR), gentle yoga and mindful movements are an invitation to reconnect with the body, just as it is, with patience and compassion.
Research has shown that MBCR can help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance quality of life for people living with cancer.
