🚨🚨 ATTENTION: EMERGENCY BAIL PLAN 🚨🚨
If I am ever arrested, DO NOT ask what I did.

DO NOT call my family.
DO NOT contact a lawyer.

Instead, I need a minimum of 20 of my massage therapy clients to immediately assemble, pool your money, and GET ME OUT. 😂

I have spent years listening to your problems, fixing your backs, and pretending not to judge your life choices.

THIS IS YOUR TIME TO REPAY THE DEBT. 💀
I don't care if you're at work.
I don't care if you're on vacation.
I don't care if your appointment is tomorrow.
GET. THE. BAIL. MONEY!!!💰

There will be absolutely no further explanation until I am safely released.
And if anyone asks what happened, the official statement is:
“She’s a really good massage therapist and we have no further comment.” 😂

At least 20 of you better show up.
Otherwise I'm changing my prices. 🤣

PS you know who you are and you are the reason for this post lol 😂

Movement is one of the best investments you can make in your health.
You don't have to run a marathon or spend hours in the gym. Go for a walk. Ride your bike. Play with your kids. Work in the garden. Paddle, hike, dance, stretch—just keep moving.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I love helping people feel their best, but my goal isn't just to see you on my table. It's to help you move better, hurt less, and enjoy doing the things you love.
So this week, challenge yourself to get outside and be active. Your body will thank you—not just today, but years from now.
What's your favorite way to stay active? Share it below and you might inspire someone else to get moving! 💚

Client: “It’s been a while… I probably have a C4, C8, C14 all out of whack.”

Me: 👀 First of all… we only have 7 cervical vertebrae.

Second of all… Please let me help you with that!

If your spine math is getting creative, it’s time to come see me. 💆‍♀️✨

Unfortunately I will be out of the office until October 14th,2025.

I have broken my left hand and need time to heal. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks

As the year draws to a close with only 5961 hours remaining, it’s vital to take a moment for yourself. Secure your next massage appointment now to avoid disappointment. Remember, you can’t provide for others without first recharging your own batteries.

A bottle of water in the supermarket is worth about $0.50. The same bottle in a bar costs $2. In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3.

At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5. The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.

When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there. Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve.

Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth. Don't settle for less!
