Stay Resourceful:
Stay resourceful with your emotions. What do I mean by that? Well there are resourceful states, and there are unresourceful states. When we break beyond the threshold of any emotion we become unresourceful. When we get clouded by an emotion, that emotion will take over our logical thinking mind. When we are in a fit of rage, we don't think logically. When we are extremely depressed we don't think logically. Even when we are beyond the thresholds of happiness or love, or excitement we tend to make decisions sometimes that end up not being in our best interest. Have you ever been so in love, or so infatuated with someone or something that you missed all of the signs that, that person or thing just wasnt for you. And when it all ends you say to yourself "how did I not see that at the start?"
We need to be aware of our emotions whether they are good emotions or bad emotions. We need to reconginze an emotion at the start of that emotion and we need to be aware enough to recognize when we are going beyond the thresholds of that emotion. This allows us to be able to stay in a resourceful state. Where we can continue to make the best decisions for ourselves and the ones that are around us.
It's ok to feel your emotions and by all means feel all the love, joy, happiness and excitement you can. Just please stay resourceful.
