Attention!!!

I am temporarily moving my business location to:
1438 Lindsey street

My daughter needed a place to live, she will most likely live with me until spring/summer - so I made the decision to move my home based business to my FAVORITE place in Regina: Fly Fitness

Nothing else will be changing, other than the location! Eventually I'll move back home, but for now my business will be operating out of this BEAUTIFUL location!

Thank you everyone as always for your continued support, and patronage over the years! I absolutely love what I do and I wouldn't get to do it if it wasn't for you!

Hello to all my wonderful clients!!

As many of you know for the last 3.5 years I have embarked on an aerial journey at

I've become advanced in sling, pre advanced in silks and pre advanced in pole. It has become quite an intense passion of mine, so much so that I have curated choreography for many performances. I enjoy it so much, that this passion has become the majority of my entire life.

I am now officially proud to say, I am starting my journey to becoming an aerial teacher at Fly!! A little dream I've been having for years is finally coming true!

Once I have my sling curriculum set up, and I'm ready to fully teach on my own -- I hope to encourage some of you to come try my sling classes!

If you are interested, or have children who may be interested please message me for more information!

I look forward to this new journey in my life! I can't wait to keep flying, and help others discover their passion in Aerials like I did!

Happy 2025!!!

Started the new year by breaking my HEAD REST 🫣
So I got an extended holiday this week! Perhaps this is the universe telling me to slow down ... I've been running on fumes since September!

I appreciate all your patience with me this week - and working with me to rebook everyone I had to cancel.

I've taken this week to relax, catch up on msgs, do some paper work, and absolutely chill with my dogs (they are the happiest about this misfortune)!!

I look forward to continuing to serve you all in 2025 - my official 10th year owning my own practice - 12 years total practicing massage. I cannot fathom another path for me (other than being a cirque du Soleil performer)!!

I am a healer in many ways, and I hope that each and everyone of you have a blessed and healthy 2025!!!

Hi, i wanted to share a few details with you in regards to Fall Hours and prices.

Starting September, I will no longer be working full Sundays. However I will be adding on Fridays. My schedule will look like this:

Monday 2-730
Tuesday 12-6
Wednesday 2-730
Thursday 2-730
Friday 12-6

There might be the odd Sunday available from 12-2 but very limited availability on those going forward.

I will work with you to accommodate as always where I can, and if you can't find time slots ALWAYS message me, you are NEVER bothering me!

My prices will also have a slight increase officially starting September 15th. This will be the first increase since 2015! The prices will be as follows:

30 min was $45+ gst NOW will be $50 taxes included
45 min was $60+ gst NOW will be $65 taxes included
60 min was $70 + gst NOW will be $75 taxes included
75 min was $85 + gst NOW will be $90 taxes included
90 min was $100 + gst NOW will be $110 taxes included
2 hour was $155 + gst now will be $160 taxes included

LASTLY Referrals!!
I am opening up to new clients, however I will only accept referrals from YOU! I want to do a referral bonus, so if you refer someone to me I will give you a $25 discount from your next treatment. Referrals keep me in business, and are an integral part to my livelihood. I have some room to take on more, so I'd love to have some referrals if you know anyone send them my way and I will give you a discount.

2019 is my 6th year as an RMT and I am so grateful for all of my clients!
So much so, that it is that time of the year again where I have an entire month dedicated to my clients.
I'm having a contest with some amazing giveaways!! There will be earrings, gift certificate, growler, gift card, and of course massages from me up for grabs! Support Local, and check out the mentioned local businesses! They are some of my favourites!
How to be entered:
1. Get massages
For every 30 or 45 minute massage you'll get 1 entry to my contest.
For every 60 or 75 minute massage you'll get 2 entries to my contest.
For every 90 minute or 120 minute massage you'll get 3 entries to my contest.
2. Like this post, and tag your friends! Every like and tag is 1 entry!
Throughout the month of February I will also be randomly selecting clients for discounts, and other giveaways! Stay tuned!
