Vendor Call! Be part of something beautiful this summer!

Vendor registration is in progress for the 3rd Annual Higher Heart CommuniTEA Summer Festival on Saturday, August 15th in Wascana Park.

This is our signature event of the year - a magical indoor AND outdoor gathering filled with art, healing, music, community, and soulful connection.

We love hosting Higher Heart CommuniTEA events in beautiful hidden gem locations around Regina, and Wascana Place & the Lady Slipper Courtyard is one of our favourites. It’s peaceful, unique, and absolutely gorgeous in the summer.

This festival brings together heart-centered businesses, holistic practitioners, artists, musicians, and makers for a full day of connection and creativity. We’ll have vendors, a food truck and other food vendors, live music, intuitive readers, 1:1 healing sessions and readings, plus beautiful group offerings and presentations throughout the day.

We’re looking for vendors offering items like (but not limited to):

Pottery & Ceramics
Plants, flowers, and garden products
Herbal products, tinctures & salves
Witchy creations & metaphysical products
Spiritual tools and wellness items
Handmade jewelry
Leather work, purses, and artisan accessories
Candles, soaps, bath & body care
Botanical art and nature-inspired creations
Boho home decor and clothing
Crystal sellers
Local handmade artwork
Henna artists, tattoo artists, and face painting
Pet Products
Macramé creations
Baby & kids
Unique food & beverage products

We’re also looking for practitioners and readers to offer 1:1 sessions such as:

Tarot, oracle, and astrology readings
Reiki and energy healing
Massage and reflexology
Intuitive guidance and spiritual sessions
Other Holistic wellness modalities

We’re searching for group facilitators to help create meaningful experiences throughout the day. Contact us if you'd like to lead a group offering centered around creativity, art, wellness, nature, spirituality, and personal growth.

To add to the chill atmosphere and magic of the day, we're looking for live performers, such as:
Musicians
Street Performers/Buskers
Entertainers

The more you try to control, the harder things become for you.
But when you surrender, you allow it to return in its highest form.

You are not being asked to lose it… you are being asked to trust it.

At this time, themes around FLOW may become more present…
This can show up through the body, emotional release, financial issues or disruptions in the world around you.

Support your body by allowing energy and fluids to move freely.
Practices such as rest, hydration, and even lymphatic drainage can be beneficial.

Focus on energy healing, especially the sacral chakra, to keep your body calm, peaceful and open… allowing the natural flow of abundance to return to you. Energy healing at this time is very very important.
