Out on the road 🚐💚

Every week, our delivery van makes its way around Regina, dropping off Good Food Boxes at depots, delivering Frozen Meals to customers, and getting Family Baskets where they need to go.

It’s a lot of food, a lot of stops, and a whole lot of Regina in between. 🥕🍎

We’re at Saskatchewan Polytechnic tomorrow! 👋💚

Come find us at the Campus & Community Services Fair from 11 AM–1 PM. We’re excited to meet new students and connect with campus staff, chat about our Good Food Box depot, and share some of the ways you can get involved with REACH and the community.

A big big thank you to Higher Heart CommuniTEA for donating to REACH from their Summer Market a few weeks back! 💚

It means so much when community groups reach out and find a way to include REACH in the work they’re already doing. Every time it happens, we’re reminded just how many people here are thinking about their neighbours and looking for ways to give back.

We’re so grateful to for thinking of us and sharing a little of the Summer Market’s success with REACH. Thank you for helping keep that spirit of community going! 🫶

Fun Food Fact Friday!

Ever noticed that the rows on an ear of corn seem suspiciously organized? There’s a reason for that! Corn almost always has an even number of rows on the cob, usually somewhere between 8 and 22. So if you’re counting them up at your next BBQ, don’t be surprised if you end up with 12, 14, 16 or 18… but probably not 15! 🌽
