GOPRO Athletics Training is a premier athletic training company that provides expert help to those who want to become better athletes and dominate their sport. This is done by focusing on physical conditioning, speed, strength, power & agility, and most importantly nutrition. Shae Howorko, a previous high performing athlete has many accomplishments to his name:

(1) Age 10 - Played for Hustle "N"

Huskies "The Brick Invitational Hockey Tournament"
(2) Age 14 - Helped his team the Notre Dame Hounds Bantam AAA Team win the Provincial Championship
(3) Age 15 - Helped his team, the Notre Dame Hounds Midget AAA Team win the Telus Cup - Midget National Championship. (4) Age 15 - Drafted in the WHL, 2nd round, 37th overall
(5) Age 15 - Played for Team Saskatchewan “U16 WHL Challenge Cup”
(6) Age 16 - Played in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos. (7) Age 16 - Played for Team Canada "World Under 17 Championship"
(8) Age 17 - Began 2nd season in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos

At the young age of 17, just one month into his second season with the Swift Current Broncos, Shae suffered a career ending injury. Now his mission in life is to help other high performing athletes achieve their sports dreams and goals

GOPRO Athletics Training - trains athletes from all sports. Through physical assessments, personalized training programs and nutritional performance products to address physical limitations and restriction...athletes will be able to perform at their maximum potential and significantly reduce the risk of injury and future health-related problems.
