• I have rescheduled all missed appointments that were missed while I was away. If you have not heard from me yet, please reach out directly so I can get you back on the schedule

• Online scheduling through the portal is available to current patients and has been turned back on

I recently sustained a shoulder injury that is requiring me to step away from treatments and focus on resting and rehab for the next few weeks.

What does this mean for you?

Existing appointments : If you have an appointment scheduled during this time, please check your inbox. I have already sent out emails to everyone with an affected appointment.

Online Booking: I have temporarily disabled online booking. This is to ensure that once I am cleared to return, I can prioritize rescheduling those of you who missed your appointments during this time away.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and for the well-wishes I’ve already received. I’m looking forward to getting back to treating you as soon as possible!

One year in business and I still can't believe I get to do this for a living!

Thank you to everyone who let me be a part of their wellness journey this past year. Whether you came in for relaxation, pain relief, or just a quiet hour away from the chaos. I am so grateful you chose me.

This year has been full of growth, learning and lots of sore thumbs, but every session reminded me why I love what I do.

Here's to year 2! More healing, more laughs, and always finding tension where you swore you felt fine.
