This class is designed for students who are ready to move beyond the basics while still enjoying a supportive and welcoming environment.
We'll explore a variety of standing, seated, balance, and strengthening postures designed to help you build confidence, improve flexibility, and discover what your body is capable of.
Modifications are always offered, allowing every student to work at the level that feels right for them.
Some poses may challenge you.
Some may surprise you.
