Tasks & Responsibilities
• Your primary role will be to act as the virtual front desk for the eCommerce Business, with the objective of helping to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers
• Receive incoming calls & emails, in English & French, and field first level questions from existing and prospective retail customers based on provided training & guidelines
• Follow-up with retail customers via outgoing email & phone calls to answer questions, resolve issues, ask questions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process and pack orders for shipping in a timely manner
• Update order & customer information accordingly in the eCommerce system
• Phone and email interaction with delivery companies, and the end customer, to resolve order delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Entry of new products, and maintenance of existing products, into the eCommerce system based on training and guidance
• Very basic image editing of product images
• Work with management's approval to issue customer refunds, rewards points, and customer order modifications

Minimum Required Skills
• English Speaking Proficiency: Fluent
• English Writing Proficiency: Fluent
• French Speaking Proficiency: Conversational (You can carry on a conversation, although not fluently. You may still express uncertainty in your choice of words.)
• French Writing Proficiency: Basic
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Beginner - but willing to learn further skills
• Image Editing Proficiency: Beginner - but willing to learn further skills
• An interest in the retail market of beauty, wellness and grooming - with a willingness to learn more about the industry and its marketing strategy
