3 weeks holidays with my family from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.

Went to Whistler, Squamish, Granville Island, Steveston and spent 10 days in Penticton / OkFalls 🩵.

Holiday went by too quickly, but memories has been made, so much laughters, and surrounded by my favourites.

Back to reality tomorrow, but now it’s time to save up for England next year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

My sister and I had the most amazing experience before the first game against the New York Mets, Citytv Toronto were interviewing a lot of Bichette fan’s and we both had the longest interview ever! 💙

Went to Niagara Falls, Hockey Hall of Fame, 2 Bluejays game (which was my favourite part) 🇨🇦💙. Got to watch a lot of World Cup games with a lot of fans from all over, it was so cool! 😎.

Thank you Toronto! 🇨🇦 celebrated my 29th birthday a week early in the best way possible!

Took a pause on reality to head over to my favourite town in BC with the best travel companion 🩷
Visiting family, surrounded by 5 dogs and 2 cats, seeing old friends, girls night, hiking, hot and cold therapy & enjoy some ice cream at my favourite place Tickleberries 🤩.

There’s something about Penticton, that I hate leaving from… I’m already counting down until I go back T-100 days ☀️

Letting Go Of Control 💛

When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to slow down. Not just physically… but mentally, emotionally… fully. We live in a world that constantly asks us to move faster, to do more, to be more… And rarely do we give ourselves permission to simply be. Today, let’s choose something different. Let’s choose to slow down. To soften the pace. To arrive in this moment without rushing through it. You are not behind. You are not late. You are exactly where you need to be. With every inhale, create space… and with every exhale, let yourself settle a little deeper. Let this be your moment to pause.

Now… notice how you feel… What’s changed when you allowed yourself to slow down? Even just a little. Take a deep breath in… and a long, slow breath out. Let that exhale be a reminder… you don’t always have to rush. You are allowed to move through life at your own pace. Carry this sense of calm with you… into the rest of your day. And whenever you need it… come back to your breath 😮‍💨

$50 Bundle: includes a 60 min Mat Pilates class on the Ice surface at Langley Event Centre, there’s a chance to meet Jack the Giant & then come back for the 7pm puck drop when the Vancouver Giants plays against the Victoria Royals and you get the opportunity to pick wherever you want to sit for the game ( so even the $60 seating- but pay less)

The Art of Sacred Surrender - Letting Go to Let Truth In 🤲

Surrender is not defeat. It’s the moment you stop trying to control a life that was never meant to be forced.

It’s not weakness. It’s the highest form of trust.

It’s choosing to release the tension, the timeliness, the illusion that you have to figure it all out before you’re allowed to rest.

Sacred Surrender is not quitting.
It’s remembering:
“I don’t have to carry this alone. I never did.”

You surrender not to give up — but to give it back to something wiser, wider, more whole.

You stop pushing | Your start flowing | “Guide me.” “Show me the next breath.”

Because when you surrender… you don’t disappear.

You merge with something deeper.

And in that moment - everything begins to move on your behalf.
