We’re excited to welcome Mike Leung, Registered Kinesiologist and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, to the ProCare Health & Wellness team.

Mike helps clients move better, build strength, and regain confidence through personalized active rehabilitation and functional training.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving mobility, rebuilding strength, or working toward better performance, Mike designs exercise programs tailored to your body and your goals.

His approach may include mobility training, strengthening exercises, functional movement, stretching, and active rehabilitation techniques — all with a focus on long-term results.

Mike has experience working with older adults, athletes, youth, and clients of different fitness levels. Outside the clinic, he stays active through dragon boating, snowboarding, and swimming.

We’re excited to welcome Forest Chak, Registered Physiotherapist, to the ProCare Health & Wellness team.

Forest brings extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation in private practice settings across Toronto, Ontario. With a strong passion for understanding injuries and helping people move better, Forest supports clients through every stage of recovery—from reducing pain and restoring function to building strength and preventing future setbacks.

His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, personalized exercise prescription, and dry needling to help clients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Forest believes successful rehabilitation goes beyond symptom relief by addressing the underlying factors contributing to injury and building long-term physical resilience.

Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a persistent injury, returning to sport, or simply looking to move with less pain, Forest is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care to help you perform at your best.

Outside of the clinic, Forest enjoys playing basketball, strength training, tennis, and snowboarding as ways to stay active and challenge himself year-round.
