🌿 Welcome to ProCare, Leo Goto!

We’re excited to welcome Leo Goto, Registered Massage Therapist, to the ProCare Health & Wellness team.

Leo graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2025. With a background in commercial landscaping and lifelong involvement in sports, Leo understands firsthand the importance of injury prevention, maintenance, empathy, and client education.

His treatment approach combines techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial work, deep tissue therapy, and trigger point therapy, along with exercise guidance and personalized education to help clients work toward lasting improvements in their daily lives.

Leo has experience working with athletes, seniors, weekend warriors, and individuals with neurological conditions. He is passionate about creating collaborative treatment plans that support each client’s unique goals.

Outside of the clinic, Leo enjoys playing volleyball, weight training, exploring cafés and restaurants with his partner, and spending time at home with his pets.

Leo is fluent in English and conversational in Japanese.

MLD Lymphatic Drainage for Neck & Face
A gentle treatment option for clients experiencing facial puffiness, fluid retention, sinus discomfort, headaches, post-surgical or post-dental swelling, and stress-related tension.

TMJ Massage
Targeted massage therapy for jaw tension, grinding, clicking, headaches, and discomfort around the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders.

【一杯涼茶，盛載嘅唔只係味道】

温哥華香港人市集圓滿結束，最開心嘅其中一件事，就係見到大家對 ProCare「涼茶舖」嘅支持同喜愛。

今次我哋唔只係想做一個打卡位，而係想重現一份屬於香港人嘅集體回憶：
街坊味、人情味、舊香港嘅溫度，仲有嗰種「見到就會心微笑」嘅親切感。

由設計、佈置、材料準備，到每一個細節，我哋都希望做到真材實料、有心有味。因為對我哋嚟講，健康唔只係治療痛症，亦包括一份文化、一份連結、一份被照顧嘅感覺。

當日好多朋友都好欣賞我哋嘅涼茶舖，甚至以為真係有涼茶同茶葉蛋可以買。呢個反應真係令我哋又開心又感動。可惜因為大會規條及現場安排所限，今次未能提供飲品或食物，希望大家體諒。

但你哋嘅一句「好有香港味」、一個笑容、一張打卡相，已經係對我哋最大嘅鼓勵。

多謝每一位走過嚟影相、傾偈、支持我哋嘅朋友。
希望呢個小小涼茶舖，為你帶返一份溫暖嘅香港回憶。

A little herbal tea stall, filled with Hong Kong memories.

The Vancouver Hong Kong Fair has officially wrapped up, and one of the most meaningful highlights for us was seeing everyone’s love and support for our ProCare Herbal Tea Stall.

This time, we wanted to create more than just a photo spot.
We wanted to bring back a small piece of Hong Kong — the neighbourhood feeling, the warmth, the human connection, and those familiar memories that make people smile.

From the design and decorations to the preparation of every detail, we wanted the stall to feel authentic, thoughtful, and full of heart.

To us, health is not only about treating pain or injuries. It is also about culture, connection, comfort, and feeling cared for.

A funny and heartwarming moment from the day: many visitors loved our stall so much that they thought we were actually selling herbal tea and tea eggs. We were honestly so touched by the response.
