What an inspiring evening at the Beauty Changes Lives Gala ✨

Hearing the stories of this year’s Legacy Award recipients was a powerful reminder of the impact one person can have on our industry. Their dedication, innovation, and commitment to education have helped shape the beauty profession and opened doors for future generations.

As an educator and artist, I left feeling inspired to continue growing, teaching, and giving back to the industry that has given me so much.

Final nail for North America’s Star Nail Artist

I loved this challenge. Creating art with a message that is deeply important to me felt like the perfect way to close out this competition.

It was on Earth Day that I decided to go vegan. What started as a one month commitment to do my part for the environment has now become 13 years and completely changed the way I see the world.

This piece tells a story of connection, responsibility and hope. A reminder that even the smallest choices can create real impact 💚

I’m moving on to challenge 6!! 😁✨

This piece was inspired by a squid releasing ink as a defensive mechanism, with a blade shaped form and an ink pattern influenced by Damascus steel.

To bring this to life, I used translucency and layered Cream Gel to create the effect of ink suspended within the nail, allowing the movement to feel fluid and dimensional 🦑

I made Top 3 and so proud of this one!! 😁✨

This month’s challenge was to create a set in the Era that made us. Each nail representing a different element of the decade without being cliche (a definite challenge when it comes to the 80’s)

Built around bold 80s geometry and Memphis design concepts, this set follows a narrative from power dressing and neon nightlife to music culture and the rise of digital technology. A story told through energy, fashion, culture and innovation.

Thank you to and our judges I had so much fun with this challenge, and congratulations to all of the incredibly talented competitors the level of artistry in this challenge was inspiring.
