🧴 Broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and enough of it (most people apply half the needed amount)
⏰ Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming or heavy sweating
💊 Important: some common medications can make skin extra sensitive to the sun. Not sure if yours does? Bring your list in; we'll check in minutes.
👒 Shade, hats, and sunglasses still do half the work

💉 Spring COVID-19 Vaccination — Now Available at Oval Integrative Pharmacy!

We're excited to announce that the B.C. Spring COVID-19 Vaccination Program has launched! Starting April 27, 2026, our pharmacy will be offering COVID-19 vaccines, both by appointment and walk-in.

Who is eligible for a spring dose?
✅ Adults 80 years of age and older
✅ Indigenous peoples 70 years of age and older
✅ Residents of long-term care or assisted living facilities
✅ Individuals 6 months+ who are moderately to severely immunosuppressed
