This 40-year-old mom contacted me because she had an important event coming up and wanted to feel and look fitter.
The challenge? We only had 4 weeks before the event.
She chose to focus on exercise only, so we trained together 3 times per week and I did not coach her nutrition.
After just 4 weeks, she lost about 2 pounds and 2 inches from her hips.
She also lost 1 year of metabolic age.
But the biggest change isn’t on the scale.
Look at the photos.
Her waist is smaller, her midsection is tighter, her posture is better, and her body looks firmer and more athletic.
This is why I tell people not to judge progress by the scale alone.
You can lose very little weight and still:
• Build muscle
• Reduce body fat
• Improve posture
• Feel stronger
• Change how your clothes fit
The goal isn’t just weight loss.
The goal is body transformation.
