Join us at Aberdeen Centre for the 14 Annual Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Wellness Day.

Visit the Aberdeen Centre to receive a traditional Chinese Medical consultation with a licensed practitioner, featuring:

✨ Acupuncture
✨ Cupping
✨ Tui Na Massage Therapy

💚 Suggested donation: $30 per treatment

All proceeds support Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD) and help provide accessibility support and services for people with disabilities.

Our RCD team came together for a staff retreat BBQ filled with good food, great conversations, and plenty of laughs.

RCD proudly participated as a Charity Partner in the Beneva Vancouver 5K Charity Challenge on June 28. This was our first time taking part in the event, and we were thrilled to have seven full teams of charity runners, with a total of 8 participants. Together, we raised more than $400, thanks to the generous support of our friends, families, and community members.
We also hosted a booth in the Charity Village near the Museum of Vancouver, where we had the opportunity to introduce our organization and share information about the programs and services we provide to people with disabilities across British Columbia.
Thank you for cheering us on and supporting the important work we do for people with disabilities. Your encouragement and generosity help us continue making a positive difference in our communities. ❤️

🌿 Relax, connect, and enjoy summer with the community!

Join us every Wednesday from July 8 – August 26, 2026, for a welcoming morning of mindfulness, movement, and connection.

✨ What to expect:

🧘 1-hour guided meditation & relaxation session
🏓 Fun community activities, including ping pong and adaptive sports demonstrations
🎨 Contribute to our collaborative summer art project

🧘‍♀️ Mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited, so bringing your own mat is encouraged.

We are proud to be a charity partner of the 2026 Beneva Vancouver Half Marathon Charity Challenge! Last year marked our 40th anniversary as a non-profit, and now as we begin our next chapter, we remain committed to our vision of empowering individuals to be independent and lead active lives. All donations received will go directly into funding the programs and services we provide to people with disabilities throughout BC.

You are welcome to our visit us in Charity Village at finish line near Museum of Vancouver on June 28, 2026 8am-11am.
