Through ancient feminine practices — including cacao ceremony, Red Thread lineage ritual, guided remembrance meditation, and a powerful salt bowl clearing — you will soften back into your truth and reclaim your sovereignty with clarity, strength, and profound self-recognition.

This circle is for women who feel the pull to:

For a while…I actually thought I had to choose one.

✨ The “spiritual” woman — soft, intuitive, healer, womb-led, cosmic as hell.

🔥 And the “gangster” woman — cheeky, fierce, Muay Thai mama, Wheelie Queen, sensual, unapologetic.

But the truth is:
I am both. I’ve always been both.
And separating myself was the biggest betrayal of my own sovereignty.

I am the woman who can cry during a meditation and crack a dirty joke five minutes later.
I can channel ancient codes and then throw a right hook.
I can hold a client’s trauma with reverence and then go rip a cat walk on my quad.

This isn’t contradiction —
this is polarity in harmony.♾️
This is what it means to be a human soul in its full expression.

SO MOVING FORWARD, YOU'LL ALWAYS GET BOTH SIDES OF ME:
the healer and the hell-raiser,
the mystic and the mother.

🤯Every time you silence your truth to keep someone else comfortable,
you rewire your brain and body instructing that her needs don’t matter.

🪩If only we remembered that to have a body is a sacred gift and that Sovereignty is our Divine birthright.

😶‍🌫️Every thought we think, every word spoken, is a set of instructions we are telling our body.

Every time you advocate for yourself and set a boundary in the name of your integrity, self-love and authenticity,
you teach your body that you are safe and worthy.👑

✅️Sovereignty is self-love in action.

❌️It’s not about walls, defensiveness, or needing to be “right.”

🏆It’s the art of saying no when something doesn't feel 100% aligned, and yes when you feel that full-body f**k yeah.

🧐But the question is...

🫵Can you discern your body's language?

This is what i teach. Together we walk a journey where you re-member what "yes" and "no" feel like, so the next time you are presented with a decision, you will have the ability to tap into your body's own knowing and follow your highest pathway.
