💧 Stay Hydrated
Drink water throughout the day—even if you don’t feel thirsty.

Stay in air-conditioned spaces whenever possible and use fans to circulate cool air.
👕 Dress for the Weather
Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing and a wide-brim hat when outdoors.
🌞 Avoid Peak Heat
Limit outdoor activities between 10 AM and 4 PM when the sun is strongest.
🍉 Eat Light Meals
Choose fresh fruits, vegetables, and other light, hydrating foods.
