Another great Parkinson’s support group meeting in the books. We had 4 new members join us today. Great discussion on the different emotions we experience. We had 18 people who joined us.

Today we also held our first caregiver support group..Kathy tells me that she had 12 people attending and great participation and discussion.

Next month we will all be together. More info will be sent when the time comes.

As April comes to an end so does Parkinson’s awareness month. That doesn’t mean we have to stop spreading awareness about this cruel disease.

I would love it if everyone would support fundraisers, participate in awareness walks and events. Help where you can with people struggling everyday as well as their caregivers and family members. If you look around your community I am sure you will find someone with Parkinson’s who could use your help and support .

Please don’t wait, take the time to learn about Parkinson’s. It’s worse than you think.❤️❤️
