I’m so grateful for everyone who has joined me on my new page. 🙏🏻💖
For those of you who don’t know me or are catching up on my journey, hello! 👋🏻
I’m Shelby, and after nearly eight years of personal practice, I’ve completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training. ✨
I began practicing early in my sobriety journey. I was rebuilding myself piece by piece, and yoga became my anchor.
It taught me how to reconnect with myself, breathe through the difficult moments, trust my body, and believe in who I was becoming. Yoga taught me it’s okay to take up space and show up for myself.
That’s why I’m here now.
My goal in becoming a teacher is because I’m passionate about this practice, and I want to share the same healing tools that transformed my life. 🫶🏻
Yoga gave me peace, purpose, and a path forward, and I hope to offer that to others, no matter where they’re starting from.
I’ll be teaching gentle yoga and all levels Vinyasa, alongside meditation and breath work.
My classes blend slow, intentional movement with breath- centered flow, creating space for students of all backgrounds and levels to explore their own strength and softness.
When Im not teaching or practicing, you’ll find me weight training, hiking, cooking, or curling up with a book alongside my beloved cat.🐈⬛
Outside of yoga, I’m a Strategic Implementation Consultant, working with high volume hospitality clients. 💻
It’s fast paced and demanding, which is why yoga is a powerful balance for me. ⚖️
Yoga allows me to slow down and stay grounded no matter how busy my days are.
I’m excited to announce soon where I’ll be teaching in 2026! I will also be offering online classes, free community classes, and donation based classes to support local charities.
My goal is to create a space where wellness, connection, and community come together. 💛
Thank you for joining me in this new journey. 🙏🏻💚💖
