how you do 1 thing is how you do everything

the tools you can learn when you’re trying to conceive can carry you well throughout every phase afterwards

pregnancy
birth
postpartum
parenting every phase of your child
your work
your daily life
your relationships

advocating for yourself for further hormonal testing when you feel something is wrong is the same skill required when you’re navigating your child’s friend interactions and their parents

learning to be present and observe first, and then respond only when action is needed is the same skill required when your s*x life changed after having a baby and you need to create a new dynamic

learning to shift your focus from every 2 week wait and hyper-fixating on fertile windows so the same skill required to resource yourself first in post partum and motherhood

trying to bring your baby here will ask you to assess your life as a woman and how you live through the world, you can white knuckle it and push or you can look and respond and grow

if you want to learn more about how to build these skills, comment SKILLS and we may have something coming for you

It’s not luck, sweetie 💋

People love to call it “luck” when really it was months of intentional prep, for both of us. Fertility isn’t just something that happens to you, it’s something you can actively support.

Here’s what “the luck” actually looked like 👇

We didn’t leave it up to chance. We built a plan.
If you’re in the “trying” season and want to stop guessing and start understanding your body, that’s literally what we do inside our Restorative Reproductive Medicine Program.

Book a conception care consult to learn more about our 4 month program! 😘

Real talk for a sec, because we know this one hits a nerve

Third-trimester ultrasounds ESTIMATE fetal weight, they don’t MEASURE it. And that estimate can be off by 1.5lbs in either direction. That’s not a small margin, that’s the difference between a completely average baby and a “big baby” conversation.

Clinically? We hear this constantly. Like, constantly.

We’re not saying big babies don’t exist, or that induction is never the right call. Every pregnancy is different, and every decision, to induce or to wait, comes with its own risks and trade-offs worth actually discussing, not just defaulting to.

Here’s the thing though: you don’t get a redo. There’s no second shot at this labor, this birth, this decision. So whatever you choose, induce, wait, something in between, it has to be a choice you feel confident in, not one you were talked into because it was easier to agree than to ask questions.

👉 Who’s heard some version of this conversation? Drop it below- we want to hear it.

He never stopped getting to know her 🥹

Most people think that fertility journeys test the body. Clinically we see it test something entirely different - whether two people can keep choosing each other while both of them are changing in real time. This is one of those stories!

In Chinese medicine, TTC often reveals the difference between yin tracking and yang responding.

One partner may be carrying the invisible architecture of the journey, cycle awareness, timing, symptoms, research, emotional labor, and the grief of each passing month. The other may care deeply, but engage more naturally through action, problem-solving, and responding once a need is named.

This does not mean one partner cares more.

It often means they are carrying the experience differently.

From a fertility lens, this distinction matters. Because many couples are not actually fighting about effort, they are fighting about where the effort lives.

When this is understood, blame softens.
Language improves.
Partnership becomes more possible.
TTC asks a lot of both people.

Sometimes the first healing is simply realizing:
difference is not the same thing as indifference.
