If downtime has been putting you off microneedling, have a look through these photos ❤️

Fall is such a good time to give your skin a little extra support.

Does microneedling hurt?

This is one of the first questions people ask me.

I use numbing cream before treatment, and most clients describe microneedling as uncomfortable in certain areas rather than painful.

Some spots feel more sensitive than others, especially around the forehead, upper lip and bony areas.

The treatment itself is fairly quick, and I check in with you throughout.

If fear of pain has been the thing stopping you from trying microneedling, talk to me first. I’ll walk you through exactly what to expect.

What happens after microneedling?

Most people leave looking red and feeling warm, similar to a mild sunburn.

That redness often settles within a few hours, though some clients stay pink for a day or two.

Then the part you do not see right away begins.

Over the next few weeks, your skin continues its repair process and collagen production builds.

That is why microneedling results are not instant. Your skin needs time to respond.

If you have an event coming up, I usually like to give your skin a few days to settle first.

Why do I recommend a series of microneedling?

Because skin change takes time.

One treatment starts the process. A series gives your skin repeated stimulation and time to rebuild between sessions.

I’m currently using PDRN, exosomes and peptides during treatment to support the skin while we work on:
