When the world feels heavy, we all need a place of respite and softness. We need to pause, leave the frenetic energy behind and re-set.
We offer everyone a soft space away from all of the noise - where you can slow down, steady the body and focus the mind.
Rest is resistance.
This is your invitation to slow down, to soften and to breathe deeply. In community.
Yoga isn't something to check off your "to do" list.
Sometimes the answer to it all is to be still and silent for a little while.

WINTER SESSION DETAILS:
Gentle Yoga
Feb. 2 - March 23 (7 practices)

This inclusive practice can be done on the mat or in a chair - making room for folks who are newer to yoga, working with injuries or physical limitations. The practice is gentle and active, a time to pause and move mindfully.
Slow Flow
Feb. 2 - March 23 (7 practices)
No practice on Feb. 16
6 pm
$100
(Feb. 2 practice only is at Sunbury Shores)
This practice is the most physical of our offerings but suitable for beginner and seasoned yogis. We bend, balance and stretch our physical bodies so that we can relax more in our daily lives.
Candlelit Yin
Feb. 9 and 23, March 9 and 23 (4 practices)

This practice is mat-based. We don't push. We don't force.
But we do stress our tissues and create traction along those tissues.
And then we sit with that
