Have you ever caught yourself wondering:
“Why does my brain do that?”
You know a thought is irrational…
yet your brain still builds the catastrophic scenario.
You know you should be able to perform a movement…
yet your body responds differently.
You want to move forward…
but something automatically seems to pull in another direction.
—
Those moments reveal something interesting:
👉 your will and your brain’s automatic responses aren’t always aligned.
You can know.
You can understand.
You can want something.
And yet, another strategy keeps running.
—
Spending your energy fighting those automatic responses can become exhausting.
But what if, instead of constantly trying to control them…
we used the way the brain works as leverage?
—
Because the same mechanisms that can maintain a reaction, tension, or way of thinking…
can also participate in change.
👉 Change the information.
👉 Change the response.
👉 Allow the system to organize differently.
And when a strategy changes, its effects can sometimes reach far beyond where we started.
—
Instead of constantly fighting the way your system works, what if we used it to create something different?
That’s a big part of what I explore through my work.
