Positive Results from Cold Laser Treatments

I was suffering from pain in my gluteal area, which radiated down my right leg into my ankle. This pain had been going on for at least 8 or 9 months and was especially debilitating when I was sitting. As a result, if I drove for more than about 15 minutes, I was in excruciating pain and would often have to stop and get out of the car to relieve the pressure.

I tried chiropractic and massage therapy treatments, as well as an exercise program, with minimal effect.

I finally decided to make an appointment with Kim to try Theralase Cool Laser Therapy and started with 4 treatments within a 2-week period. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the pain I had been suffering from for months had resolved completely.

I continued with a few maintenance treatments after this and am happy to report that I no longer have the pain and can sit for long periods without any discomfort.

It is a painless process, and Kim was a supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly healthcare provider. I would not hesitate to utilize her treatment in the future if needed.

A welcoming review with a bunch of positive results!! So incredibly happy for our patient.

The weekend of August 3, 2019 I was volunteering alongside Ron at the St. Catharines RibFest. I’ve been dealing with an old injury for 18 years. My doctor a few years ago told me there was nothing they could do for my limp due to falling off a ladder. I finally asked Ron if there was anything he could do. Ron told me he could reduce my pain by 80%! I was a little skeptic.

I finally booked my first appointment with Ron’s office late 2019 and received cold laser therapy by Kim and Ron reset my ankles. I continued to receive treatment until the first lockdown. I didn’t notice much improvement at the beginning and sometimes felt more pain while walking. Kim had a computer screen telling me numbers were improving. Seemed a bit like quackery. I was committed though.

Lockdown happens and a busy summer began for me in 2020. What I did notice in the summer was I was walking better and maybe only had a couple of days in discomfort.

Today I am walking better, rarely have discomfort and I believe the team of Ron & Kim has reduced my pain by over 90% maybe even 95%. I’ve taken this long to write a review because I still really can’t believe it. I wear good boots everyday to give support to my ankles but praise is due here. For 18 years I was told by some professionals that there was nothing they can do.

I’m waiting for the pandemic to be over to follow up with the office. Maybe we can achieve 99% pain reduction? Who knows however I’m grateful! Give them your business and they are the real deal!

We have been given the green light to slowly & safely open back up!! All safety measures & guidelines have been put into place for all of our patients & staff. Within a few weeks or so I’ll be keeping a very good watch at how things are moving forward & announce a start date hopefully mid June. Fingers crossed!! Stay tuned laser patients... keep safe & looking forward to helping all those in need
