⭐️Sugar is a major source of inflammation, a cause for endless cravings and it weakens your immunity. Inflammation alone can wreak havoc on your body, with your hormonal changes, joints and so much more!
Spikes insulin ➡️ raises cortisol ➡️ worsens hormonal changes

⭐️Higher protein especially as you age, encourages your body to keep and create lean muscle. As we age, our body tends to break down muscle. We want muscle for mobility, strong support for bones and hormonal balance. It also helps us stay full and reduces cravings.

⭐️Strength training can increase lean muscle mass. Lean muscle can help regulate your metabolism and make your hormones happy, making your aging become easier and comfortable. (No, you don’t have to age into hot flashes, irritability, anxiety and peeing your pants!)
