Typing and mouse use all day can create tension that slowly travels into the wrists, elbows, shoulders, and even the neck.

A simple habit:
Every hour, take 30 seconds to stretch your forearms and hands.

✔️ Extend one arm straight
✔️ Gently pull the fingers back
✔️ Then pull them downward
✔️ Shake out the hands and relax the shoulders

Small breaks can help reduce stiffness, tension, and overuse strain before it builds up.

$130- including taxes per hour
$100- including taxes for 45 minutes
$ 75- including taxes for 30 minutes

I tried so many times to stick to gym, but after a week, I ended up watching tv but with a $50 gym membership now. This has been the most motivating thing I’ve ever seen for getting myself up off the couch and being active!
