A gentle guide on working on the foundations that help us live independently as long as possible.
Maybe you have a loved one noticing a decline in energy and ability? Maybe it is yourself?
Over these long Alberta winters we come to realize how hard they can be on our body & mind once the weather warms up and we go to tend to the gardens and yard ..if this happens to be you , or you find yourself saying to yourself...this feels harder than I remember....we can help!.
Currently opening up 30 min training spaces dedicated for those who are
-Over the age of 60
-Dealing with loss of balance, strength & coordination.
- Looking for gentle, appropriate excercise that is tailored to your ability . (This is not overloaded program , just functional training specific for the member )
We have some stairs to get down to the studio (they are 6 at a time with a landing , so not steep)
* we will consider going into seniors homes if travel or stairs are not a option for them .
Tuesday - 1:45pm
Wednesday-1:15pm(starting June)
Thursday-1:45pm
30 min sessions are $30
