I’m turning 59 next week and it feels like a special one as I step into a significant new chapter in my life. Dancing is the perfect way to celebrate the feeling of wholeness I am embodying. I AM abundant, I AM joyous, and I AM free.

Attended my first festival since moving my practice from The Kawarthas to Quebec. It’s been a huge transition after letting go of Ravenswood last month and settling into a new life in the Laurentians. But this weekend brought me amazing new connections and potential clients. I’m grateful for it all. Thank you, Flow Festival Yoga & Son, for hosting a great event.

This cosmic owl has flown into to my new studio. So pleased to have this beautiful artwork done by the very talented and magical Biljana of Whirling Wisdom Art Creations. I first saw this piece in her studio a few years ago and its energy had a very powerful effect on me. I’m so grateful it found its way home to me. I think we are going to have some fun!

What a beautiful chapter this has been for me. Ravenswood has been such a gift and so many beautiful experiences have happened here. It held me through some big life changes and a spiritual awakening. I am proud of the work that has happened here. Now it’s time for a new chapter and I’m ready to fly. The mountain is calling. The Subtle Shift will be moving to the Laurentians on July 8th. I will be available for in person sessions here for a few more weeks. DM me if you’d like to book something. Distance sessions will remain, and for those in the Montreal and surrounding area, I will have a studio for in person work there. Stay tuned for more updates as they develop.
