Today I released something I didn’t even know I was still carrying.

For a while now, I’ve done deep healing work. Emotions, patterns, beliefs… yet money kept touching an invisible wall.
Not a lack of effort. Not a lack of worth. Just… resistance.

During a session, a realization surfaced: sometimes what we hold isn’t logical it’s energetic. A loyalty, a fear, an old promise to stay small, humble, or safe.

So I wrote a letter.
A letter to a version of me that learned it was safer to struggle than to receive.
I thanked her. I honored her.
And then I burned the vow.

Abundance isn’t betrayal.
Being supported isn’t selfish.
And healing sometimes looks like letting yourself finally receive.
