Just got back home from my first ever chiropractor appointment!! To make an insanely long story short I’ve been having increased shoulder pain for about a month and nothing has helped…went to a chiropractor as a last resort and wow 🤩 I’m not going to say I’m not still in pain with the shoulder as that would be a lie, however the rest of my back after only one adjustment is AMAZING!! Being a nurse for 15 years take a toll and the freedom of movement in my back I mean I don’t know why I waited so long! The shoulder will be another story…but if you’re a skeptic I challenge you to find a chiropractor and give it a go!! On another note anyone have experience with rotator cuff issues please send advice or help!!!😂 😂😂

That skincare glow! Nothing feels better than my morning skincare routine. It helps on so many levels not only does my skin look bomb when I use it twice daily but there is something that helps my mental health when I take 2 minutes for myself….Literally two minutes twice a day has my skin in a glow mode! 🥰 thanks to and their skincare line my skin is the clearest it’s been in YEARS and I love when people think I’m 10 years younger then I actually am 😳

Is it just me or is fall just the BEST!!! I’m not a typical Pumpkin spice girl but the crisp air just makes me feel alive! Thank you God for reminding me today that perfection in nature is amazing and this beautiful fall day is my version of perfect! Been cooking all the fall goodies with the harvest veggies and just finding some inner peace…watching my girlie snap beans with me was a memory I will cherish forever
