“I'll take a look at these once I can, as I am really enjoying the new hearing aids you have loaned me. On the first day, it was not as noticeable. As I continued the use of the Phonak hearing aids, I found myself hearing more and more things that I don't normally hear, and in some way makes me feel overstimulated but I like that feeling, makes me feel really in touch with the world; at work, I can hear conversations clearly, the clicks of the computer mouse, the elevator door opening, up to the outside world, where yesterday I attended a card show where there were numerous people in the events and had the environment similar to that of a flea market; multiple conversations left and right, and I can hear practically everything. “ I had never had my hearing checked before and was very concerned with my left ear. I booked an appointment online and Maria called me back within minutes to confirm. At the office, Meaghan explained how the hearing test worked in detail in an easy to understand manner. She spent time with me and answered all my concerns, and was very kind and understanding. After my test was complete she explained the results and sent them to me along with a detailed email summarizing our meeting, which I received before I even got home from our appointment. I was very impressed with both Meaghan and Maria and I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking compassionate care and excellent service in regards to their hearing.
