Oh right. I have free will.

POV: Remembering you can just… make food. So you’re not eating crackers and a third coffee for lunch.

“I don’t have the time” is the worst excuse in the book — because in all seriousness, you don’t have the time to keep feeling like s**t.

If you want more energy, less brain fog, and enough cognitive capacity to carry on a full conversation… stop skipping meals. Eat a balanced breakfast. Do some simple meal prep so you stop eating like an asshole..or not eating at all..and then wondering why you’re moody, your digestion is a disaster, and you can only p**p every three days.

This is what I help my clients with every single day.

Most come to me undereating the good stuff and overeating the stuff that makes them feel terrible. One week into my nutrition program and they’re already experiencing:

Meal prep doesn’t have to mean spending your entire Sunday making 47 containers of dry chicken, broccoli and sadness

One of the BIGGEST things I hear from women is:
“I know I’d feel better if I ate better… but I’m exhausted trying to figure out WHAT to make.”

Decision fatigue is REAL.

Between work, kids, life, appointments, sports, stress, and trying to keep a household functioning… having to constantly think about food can feel like another full time job.

This is exactly why I teach food prep over perfection.

A few things that help:
✨ Prep the meals you normally wing (for most people, that’s lunch)
✨ Prep ingredients instead of entire meals if that feels easier
✨ Stop trying to prep 7 days at once
✨ Use containers you actually enjoy using
✨ Put meal prep INTO your calendar
✨ Make food that tastes good enough to actually want to eat again tomorrow

This is one of the biggest reasons my nutrition program works so well.

No macro guessing.
No wondering what to make.
No spending hours hunting for recipes online.
